Community Engagement Coordinator- NEW CASTLE COUNTY

Reports to Advancement Director

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement Coordinator to develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives in northern New Castle County, DE.

The role includes building strong relationships with community members and stakeholders, organizing events, and coordinating volunteers.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Additionally this person has an awareness of local community issues as well as a strong reputation and existing network in northern Delaware. 

The Community Engagement Coordinator will work towards strengthening our brand and maintaining a positive image within the community.  The person in this position will enhance strategic connections with businesses, churches, clubs, and organizations to advance the mission of Good Neighbors.
